A、Gantry ground rail moving active paying-off stand

a、Structure:Single column,double column,A-shape structure,uppercasing,lower casing.

b、Specification:LSP2500-3500 Portal Type rail travelling Pay-off stands(single column).LSP3500-5000 Portal Type rail travelling Pay-off stands(double column).ALSP2500-4500 A-shape Portal Type rail travelling Pay-off stands.

c、Electric control:HMI(PC)send out controlling signal through ET-200or profibus to Pay-off stands,such as start,stop,normal running,or reverse running,Pay-off stands also conveys operation and fault instruction to PC via ET-200 or Profibus,to realize line fully automatic running.Operator also can direct control and monitor Pay-off's actual state through HMI(PC).

B、Paying-off tension feedback guide wheel

a、Structure:Cable guide wheel,pneumatic shifter,linear guide-way,position sensor.

c、Electic control:Position signal(0-10V)contros tension output and signals cable reel.

C、Cable accumulator

a、Structure:Rectangular pipe connection,detachable,roller chain drive,cable accumulator.

Number of accumulator wheel:4 running wheels and 5 staic wheels

D.Pneumatic caterpillar tractor

a、Structure:Pneumatic clamping and automatic tightening of traction belt.Frequency conversion motor or DC motor and speed reducer are used as power source.Two seamless belts.

b、Specification:TQD-1600kg

C、Electric control:PLC control,traction speed is synchronous with production line speed.Cable length indicator is on the tractor.



E、Take-up tension feedback guide wheel

a、Structure:Cable guide wheel,pneumatic shifter,linear guide rail,postion sensor

b、Specification:TUR2500-3600

C、Electric control:Position signal(0-10V)controls tension of guide wheel(0-100%),through feedback of anlong output and signals cable reel.


F、Portal Type rail travelling Pay-off stands

a、Structure:Single column,double column,A-shape structure,upper casing,lower casing.

b、Specification:LSP2500-3500 Portal Type rail travelling Pay-off stands(signgle column) ALSP2500-4500 A-shape Portal Type rail travelling Pay-off stands.

c、Electric control:HMI(PC)signals paying-off stand through ET-200 or profibus,such as starting,stop,normal running or reverse running.Paying-off stand also conveys operation and fault instructions to upper machine through ET200 or profibus.The production line is fully automatic.Operators can control and monitor operation state of paying-off machine directlyat HMI(PC).

a、1Cr18Ni9Ti(stainless steel)cooling pipe per international standard.It can joint with imported equipment and is changeable.
