2.In order to meet the desired friction.Belts is teeth structure,track wheel is correspondingly teeth wheel,thus incre-asing the contact area between the belt and the track wheel,which would be increased friction.

3.In order to improve the response capacity of the cabling machine,we must select the inverter motor power and a small ratio of the transmission chain according to the size of the required traction.To do this,on a cabling machine,we designed specifically for bulk transmission.With this design,the cabling machine is formed by the motor,reducer,bulk transmission to a drive chain wheel,ensures a rapid response in the sailing speed,to provide sufficient traction.In order to prevent failure of electrical,there are equipped clutch and pneumatic brake,to meet different working modes.
